Anyone use Gem lab in Sarasota, Florida before?

We have met Richard on several occasions. He is very professional and if we can't make the trip from Tampa we just send him our jewelry via registered mail. He is great to work with and we are actually going to be sending two rings to him in about a week

He has also saved us alot of money by weeding out stones that did not make the grade.

I sent Rich my OEC a few years ago to appraise before a reset. he was awesome. I would highly recommend him.

It is 2 hours drive for me....I think it worth the drive then
