I'm planning on having some made with my 3 kids birthstone colors...just not sure who I'm going to have do it. Also
trying to decide if I want to source my own stones or not...decisions, decisions!

I haven't seen anything exactly like that, but Heart of Water Jewels' lotus ring comes to mind:

I'm sure if you contacted them they might be able to make you 3 rings with an amethyst, citrine and quartz. There are some Etsy vendors that I can recommend who would also be able to create a similar-looking custom ring-if you just wanted ones that look -exactly- like the pic you posted.
