Anyone recognize this piece of jewelry? Every single gold spacer bead is stamped but cant make out.

Looks like carnelian... and my guess is that the spacer beads are plated rather than solid gold, just because of their somewhat rustic style and because carnelian is a fairly inexpensive stone and more likely to be paired with brass or gold plated findings than with solid gold.
