anyone made purchase on www.leibish.com?bank said"skeptical"

I was trying to make a purchase on http://www.leibish.com/ through paypal and I selected my credit card on paypal for payment. it was denied. I called my credit card company and they said they denied the transaction because it is "skeptical". so has anyone ever purchased anything on that website? is it a fraud?

Leibish is a highly regarded, reputable company with excellent consumer service. If you do a PS search, you'll find that more than a few PSers have purchased from Leibish (including me) without any problems. I believe they are based in Israel, and perhaps the outside-US-location coupled with your particular bank's security protocol is the reason the transaction was red-flagged by your bank when you attempted your purchase.

What I think they are saying is that they are skeptical that it is actually YOU making the purchase (and not just somebody who got a hold
of your paypal/credit card account). Not that Leibish is questionable.

Does that make sense?

Liebish is an overseas company selling expensive things. That's an automatic red flag. Talk to them about it (the bank) and see if a phone call is sufficient to settle their worries. They're trying to protect you from scammers and identity thieves. As mentioned above, it's not Liebish they're specifically skeptical about, it's the whole transaction.
