Anyone live in the FL panhandle?

We may be relocating for my husband to work in Milton, FL. I''d love to hear from anyone who live in Pace, Navarre or Gulf Breeze. I am looking for a subdivision with the best possible schools. I''d like a sub with recreation focus: pools, tennis courts, workout facilities. I saw a place called Holley by the Sea in Navarre that seemed to have all of that. Need info quickly must decide in a few days whether to take it or not
