Anyone know who Joseph W Moulton is? 1800s in Maryland?

Hubby bought an envelope with his name and address on it for the stamp (1860s)
and we are finding alot about him on the internet but nothing specific.

The letter is posted to Joseph W Moulton for John Stewart from the US congress.

His name shows up a few times on the maryland hystorical society but again, nothing specific. We are thinking about calling them on monday to find out more.

Intill then, I thought maybe there is a hystory buff on here that may know something!!!

Baltimore MD. My hubby is from there (dundalk) and I saw baltimore MD and an old stamp so I bought it for him. Didnt think the dudes name on it was someone actually known!
