Anyone know how to reach Ritani''s customer service dept??? PLEASE HELP....I AM BEGGING!

Hello,
I have been told that Ritani will only speak with the retailers who sell their jewelery, and not to the consumer directly. However, after reading a few threads on here in which the PSer contacted Ritani personally, I am determined to do the same. Please, please, please.... if ANYONE has a direct phone number or email address where I can contact someone at Ritani to discuss all of the problems that I have been having with them and the extreme lack of customer service that they exhibit, post it here.

If you search for Ritani you will find their website, and in the Contact Us area they have an email for their sales department.
 
Thanks. I actually did send an email to the sales department listed on their website. Below is their not-very-helpful response. I think it is ridiculus that they are unwilling to speak directly to the consumer. I know that others have gotten through somehow, so I''m hoping that someone will share the secrets.

I am very sorry to hear that you are disappointed in your Ritani setting. We stand behind all of our products, and we would be happy to fix whatever you think is not made correctly.


However Ritani is a business to business only company, so you will have to go through the retailer that you purchased your Ritani set at. Your local Ritani salesperson will then be able to contact us at our headquarters in New York , and we will resolve the problem from there.

Is there a reason you're reluctant to work through the retailer you purchased the setting from?

If so, can you find another authorized dealer for that designer in your area?

ETA: I just saw the update on your other thread. I don't know that contacting them directly will have a positive impact as they don't wish to deal directly with consumers.
