Anyone heard of Worldjewels.net?

A friend of mine is trying to assist her BF in choosing a style for her ER. He has been doing some reseach on his own and found a website called worldjewels.net. The company is located in L.A. The prices look really low in comparison with PS vendor websites. Since I have never heard of them, I was wondering if anyone has heard of them or had any experience with them. Please share. I would like to help her and educate her before her BF potentially wastes his money.

And I have to say I agree...a 2 second look at their website will tell you that their stuff is VERY low quality compared to the average PS vendor. Most have no mention of CUT the most important C, most are uncertified, the workmanship looks bad...I would just RUN.

I know that everyone is always looking for a steal, but I really believe that the PS vendors are honest and are really the lowest legitimate prices around...

Thanks for answering Neatfreak. I couldn''t find that thread earlier before I started this post. I''ll show that post to my friend and her BF and tell them to stay aware from worldjewels.net. I agree that their pictures look suspicious and to me don''t show good quality pieces.

I''ll also tell them that if they can give me a budget, I can do a post for what they are looking for and then fellow PSers can assist in putting together a beautiful ER. Neither one of them know much about jewelry but my friend would like a really nice quality ER since it''s something she''s going to wear for a long time.
