Anyone have TiVo (specifically, not any other dvr)?

Have you ever moved with it? If so, does anyone know how to get it to update the guide with the new channels?

We just moved and got our cable set up, and although the new cable company installed their card, the guide for TiVo is still showing the old channels.

I looked online and all I could find said that TiVo only updates their guide once a day or something, but it's been over 24 hours. I can't find my TiVo manual so I don't know what else to try to get it to update. It's also recording incorrect things because of this.

It's easy, but takes a little while to reload everything. Go to Guided set up and follow the instructions there as if you are installing the first time. It iwll let you put your zip code in and then define your cable provider etc. It will have to download the new schedule, so that takes a while. If you can't figure it out, post again, and I'll look more specifically when I get home at the specifics.

Never let go of your real Tivo. We have one and three other dvrs, and the other brands break down all the time.
