A couple of PS''ers have tried them in the past, although exact names are unfortunately escaping me right now (and again my Google-fu is weak, but I''m sure a better search will find the threads). IIRC, the customer service people there were supposed to be very nice and so shoppers were happy about that, but some of the stuff was overpriced and one person got a couple of dud stones in her jewelry.

The return policy looks reasonable and I don''t recall anyone saying they were scammers or actually shady, so it might not be a bad idea to take a look if you love the piece. You can always send it back.
