What is this all about? Can consumers buy or is it strctly for trade only? My boyfriend might be in such trouble this weekend!

1. I’m not quite sure what it is – I just googled NY and Jewelry show and that’s what popped up – I LOVE to look at all the pretty blingies, and I thought wow – how convenient, right in my yard! And it said CASH AND CARRY – NICE!
