Anyone filed a claim with Perfect Circle or Jewlers Mutual?

Hi!
My first post on this board. I was wondering if anyone has filed a claim with Jewlers Mutual or Perfect Circle for a loss? How long did it take? I filed a claim last week as I lost my ring and they stated they would get back to me within 5 business days. it's been a couple days longer than that and I was told it's still being reviewed. Can anyone tell me their experience?

Depends on the circumstances of the loss, we had to wait till we could obtain a copy of the police report before they could close the claim. It took the police department 4 weeks before they had the report available to us.

I have actually submitted all required reports. Do you remember how long it took after that point? After submission - this just seems odd as it's taking longer than they first quoted me!

It took about 7 business days after give or take.
