Anyone familiar with Zoara.com for studs

I got a lead to a diamond web site called Zoara.com

I found studs there

Thanks I just the recommendation of Zoara from Mark Fried of the Truth about diamonds and I wanted to see if other PS had an opinion thanks

Heidi, honestly, we rely a lot on the feedback here on PS vendors who really value their reputations here and do everything they can to be honest and provide good service. That doesn't mean there aren't good vendors elsewhere, but I have confidence in some of these because they have hundreds and maybe thousands of recommendations posted here. I have never heard of that vendor, though.

true true funny as i ran into This Mike Fried who is part of the "Truth about Diamonds" (I guess they are ps competition) but they recommend JA and WF. So it was odd when he came back to me recommending Zoara studs.....

I worked with Zoara for diamond studs, kinda...I actually purchased 2 loose diamonds and they made them into studs for me. I can't remember for sure, but either they didn't carry stud "sets" in the size I wanted or I was picky on GIA cers/HCA scores. I was looking for eye clean SI2s and they were helpful and checked on a number of stones to let me know whether they were or not. They were responsive and customer service oriented. My only regret I guess, is that one of the diamonds has a very slight haze to it and I wish they would have told me that. I probably would still consider them for a diamond purchase, as I feel more educated now on questions I should have asked. However, at the time, I wasn't aware of the PS vendors. I am looking for a upgrade to my center diamond right now and I plan on going with a PS vendor (ERD).

Let me know if you have specific questions! My purchase was a year ago.

By the way, I should add that the "eye clean" selection is newer on the Zoara website and I wish all vendors did that!

I love JA only because I love looking at the stones my self. But with studs you need to see the eye clean and I like that Zoara has that feature.

You've said that over 3 times and I'm not sure why...are you hinting at something? If he also recommended WF and JA then why not go with them. WF also has an "eye clean" feature and both provide pictures JA even videos and WF has idealscope images. I'm curious as to why you made this thread though. Didn't you just buy stones from ID J?
