Anyone ever returned a ring to Signed Pieces?

I''ve decided that I want a 7-stone 1ctw anniversary band and I keep reading endless positive reviews of Signed Pieces and the Facets Collection. I''m curious if anyone has ever actually used their 30-day full-refund return policy. I fully anticipate being happy with the purchase, but you never know...I could be that rare case. If you have any positive or negative feedback on SP''s return policy, please let me know.

I''m not sure, but I think a couple of people have exchanged pieces due to sizing issues. They didn''t seem to have a problem and in fact SP was overly nice in making them a completely new piece that fit better.

I''ve returned a piece. No problems with my retrun, just called them and said I wanted to return it. I sent it registered mail and got the refund to my credit card pretty quickly.

Same here. Returned a piece and they were as nice as can be! I''d definitely buy from them again.

SP is great. It wasn''t a ring I returned...I bought 3 pendants from them because I couldn''t decide which ones I wanted. I ended up returning one of them during the 30 day period, but I did sit on it for 2-3 weeks to see if I should keep all of them! LOL. They accepted the return, no questions asked. I highly recommend them!
