Anyone Ever Heard Of Salvatore & Company????

Hi, anyone ever heard of Salvatore & Company? They are supposedly a compnay in the Diamond District of Manhattan. They have a web page http://www.salvatoreandco.com and they sell on Ebay. I know everyone says stay away from Ebay, but I was wondering if they are legit as they have 100% postive feedback and some people were buying $10,000 rings so I didn''t know. I E-mailed the guy once about prices and they were much lower than what an actual store around where I live can do, but now he keeps sending me E-mails and I wanted to know if he was a scam artist. I probably won''t do business with him, but I was just curious. Also does anyone know what 2.10 tw round cut, E, SI1 studs would retail for? Does $12,000 sound accurate or over priced?
