I have something I ordered from CA Dec 13 and it’s been, according to tracking, sitting at an LA post office since the 15th. I opened a case, because when that has happened in the past, opening a case and a jumpstart things. Instead two days later I got a “case resolved“ notification in a generic email about Covid causing delays. I knew that there were delays but thought that after the holidays it would’ve at least moved closer to me. Ugh!!
