DH and I do our own yardwork and only have the luxury of a lawn service to put out chemicals and fertilizer when the time is right. I want to add some additional color and have found an online site that offers landscaping groupings of flowers at a reduced price than if buying each plant separately. They guarantee their plants so I may give it a try. I was wondering if anyone else has used this company or could personally refer another.

I had a friend who used them and was happy. I think they had to have a few plants replaced through the guarantee and the company was good about it.

Cool! I love getting references...you just never know about online stuff. I'll give it a try! Thanks, laine!

Sometimes you can find perennial flowering plants on Craigslist, when people have divided their plants and don''t just want to throw bulbs away. Or, I''ve seen listings where people will donate seeds they aren''t going to use, or bulbs, or whatever.

I have ordered bulbs online before, and they came up beautifully!

Thanks, Monarch , I didn''t even think that someone would be giving them away for free! I need to get on Craigslist more often!!

fisher, thanks for the positive feedback. I''m definitely feeling better about ordering online.

I think DH and I are going to make a natural area between two trees and I want to add some hostas and some partial sun flowers, as well. (Be less to mow, too...a real plus
