Anybody know where I can find a similar setting?

I''m looking for a setting where the prongs are set up in the same manner, the way it looks like it splits and goes to the other side of the diamond to hold it. Anybody seen it before on a non-custom, cheap design? Especially if there''s one for a round cut? If nobody has, my search will have to go on. But hopefully, that "head" design isn''t as rare as it seems!

it usually goes by the name of "trellis" or "x prong" setting.

Thanks Julien! I was able to find some settings on WhiteFlash and ExcelDiamonds that had the x-prong. It''s a lot more expensive than I expected. I thought it would be around $500, but it''s around $1000. Vatche seems to be a popular choice.

Anyone know if any of the reputable vendors (James Allen, Whiteflash, GOG, BlueNile) carry an x-prong style ring just like the Vatche, but with a thinner band? All the x-prongs I've seen are thick (about 3~3.5mm). I'm looking for something closer to 2~2.5mm. Or does the x design not allow a band that thin?

I thought it came in plain shanks too... but could be wrong, however, I would just call excel and ask them to make sure.
