anybody had dermabrasion?

So I have a scar between my nasal opening and my lip from a fall in 2018 that looks bad from the abnormal texturing, considering dermabrasion with a reputable facial plastic surgery team to try and improve it. It's too wide and in a bad location for revision. Anybody had this done? Any info to share? Thanks!!
