I am finding for Tanzanite's d-block color grade and there are too many sellers on eBay to choose on, any recommendations?

Welcome!

Ah, tanzanite on eBay -- definitely look for the all-caps multicolor fonts screaming "AAAAAAAAA+ bestest color!"

Sorry, no help. Tanzanite on eBay seems even scammer than most.

I do love the color of tanzanite (that D-block color is the Grail I can neither find nor afford in Burma sapphire) and really love the wild trichroism of the finer unheated.

Oh, really? Yes, tanzanite on eBay can be a bit of a wild jungle to navigate, especially with those over-the-top “BEST COLOR EVER!!!” listings.

I agree, the color of fine tanzanite—especially that elusive D-block shade—is absolutely stunning, and the trichroism in unheated stones is something special. Hard to find, and even harder to resist!

Tanzanite, especially in lighter colors like those you posted, is plentiful enough that you do not need to buy from potentially shady Ebay dealers imo.
I've seen a ton of listings/images/videos of deeper colored blue tanzanite called D-Block, yet I'm still not sure what D-Block is really supposed to mean (other than the area it was mined). I think the term is overused and so I never really got the difference between the gorgeous deep blues you can find pretty easily vs 'd-block' - if there is a difference.

An Ebay seller I can recommend - not related to Tanzanite - is west-desert-gem. He has some nice red beryls, not everything is listed. I bought mine from him.
