I just found out about this forum after looking for a semi-eternity band to go with my e-ring. I've been considering this Gordon's ring based on specs (g-h/VS) and price of $3.1k. However, I've never actually seen any jewelry at Gordon's, so I'm not totally sure. I have gone to Jareds and seen some similar pieces, but all with really crappy specs - mostly H-I/SI diamonds. Some looked really nice, but it drives me crazy just thinking about the specs.

I'm also looking at the "Kimberly" 9 stone band from White Flash. Can anyone weigh in with some thoughts? Any help is appreciated! :D

Here's the link to the Gordon's ring:

Welcome!!! I looked at the Gordon's link and they just do not give enough information on the cut of the stones. WhiteFlash uses top cut quality stones in their bands and I can tell you, you won't do any better as far as quality goes. My diamond studs are from there, and my daughter's e-ring came from there. They have very high quality diamonds and rings. To be totally honest, I just wouldn't buy any fine jewelry with diamonds from anywhere but a jeweler/diamond seller that specializes in well cut stones. I guess I have bought from three different ones that I learned about here, and I have been extremely pleased!

I agree with DS - you will not find the same quality stones at Gordon's that you will from Whiteflash.

Thanks for the feedback! That's pretty much what I figured, but needed a second opinion. My next issue is with the size of the diamonds. My e-ring sits so high up that some bands look like they're hiding under it.
