Here is the diamond I ended up purchasing:

.92 ct
H
SI1
cut: excellent
gia cert.

Table: 56
Depth 62.1
Crown angle: 35
pav angle: 40.5

not sure of the dimensions..........

Any thoughts? I inputted it into the holloway diamond calc. and it came back as excellent, except for spread, which was VG. What exactly is spread?

Thanks,
Terry

Usually you will only get an Ex in spread if the depth is below 60.3%, so do not worry about that.

Is there are typo in the pavilion angle, GIA will not give a 40.5 degree pavilion angle.

The numbers as is looks promising. No idealscope image?

Oops. sorry you are right, it is 40.8 i meant to type. It should be here thurs, so ill post a picture.........Can always return it. It also states it has H&A inscribed on it. I know the GIA doesnt acknowledge this, but just reports the inscription. How often are diamonds laser inscribed H&A that are not really H&A diamonds. Or, is it basically pretty objective as to what qualifies....

thanks

To verify H&A you need to see hearts and arrows images. Without those, I would not py the H&A premium, inscribed or no.
