I guess two considerations must be kept in mind:
1- what is by industry standards considered the best might not be what you like, and
2- highest industry standards correspond to higher prices.
I assume you do not have access to the stone.
But have you already seen in person or at least in picture diamonds of similar grading?
If you have not yet done so, I would encourage you to read over the knowledge section on this website and watch good old gold videos
It sounds promising, j stones don't bother me in color, especially if you're setting it in something other than white metal.
Twining wisps are a good inclusion to have they usually mean the stone is eye clean
The Hca score is good.
I would ask for pics and an ASET ideal scope image
Thanks to dianabarbara and nielseel. I did not see the diamond in person, because it is an online seller. I do not know how to post pictures, so I just post link here. I have not asked Ideal-scope image yet, if it is worth to buy, I will ask later. http://www.jamesallen.com/diamonds/J-SI2-Excellent-Cut-Round-Diamond-1420671.asp
Oh good, at least they have photos so you can see it. go there right now and ask them to hold it for you and get an idealscope image, as well as have them tell you if its eye clean. From what I have read on here those wisps can photograph worse than they look in real life. did you find any other diamonds you like on there? you can pick up to 3 for them to look at and then they will compare them for you
