Any reputable gem/jewelry stores in Baltimore or Philly?

Does anyone around here know of any? I live in Hunt Valley just north of Baltimore, but boyfriend is from Philly so we go up pretty often to visit his family. There's an Intergem show later in September at King of Prussia so I know that's a possibility as well, but was wondering if there is anywhere I might check out in the meantime.
