Any recommended local jewelers in San Antonio or Corpus?

Those places are within driving distance of where I am in TX, and would love a recommendation of someone who would be able to inspect/tighten prongs, set stones etc. I thought with all the PS members, maybe someone knows someone in that area. TIA!
