Any recomendations?

Hlleo everyone!
I am looking to buy a ring with a budget of aprox. 10000 $ dollar including shipment, vat etc. The size should be at least 1.3 carat. Clarity eyeclean Si1 or better. The collor should be J or better. It dosn't matter if it's a used ring. Anyone have any recomandations?
I have found a ring at a local jewllery shop 1.3 carat, G, VS2 (with DPL certificate) and the asking price is 9500$

If you want more than a simple setting, you may need to go to J color, but I just personally prefer I or above.

Do not buy anything with a DPL lab report, or anything other that AGS or GIA for that matter.
