I can see an inclusion with my eye in my vs2 diamond (gia certed). Maybe I just have crazy picky eye? If the recipient has really picky eyes.. maybe go up to vs1?

I just wanted to add that you''re pretty much guarateed eye clean at VS2, so there''s no need to pay for vvs. You''ll never see inclusions in a VS stone.

Eyesights vary and some see more than others but yes there are some that can see inclusions in VS2 clarities, also these clarity grades are not created equal.

This one falls outside your clarity parameters a smidge, but if you felt like maximizing size some, maybe this one would be a decent choice? (To my untrained eye, those seem like tiny tiny flaws in the micro images, but it could also just be that an H-VS1 ended up being our choice for my Ering. lol.) Perhaps the experts might not favor this stone tho?

.88ct, H VS1

That''s exactly the type of diamond I''m looking for. Anyone else have any more detailed thoughts on this diamond or know of any that are comparable? Thanks ksluice.

That is a great diamond Ksluice posted and it could be a great choice if you are in fact ok with lowering the clarity, VS1 should be totally eyeclean.

If you are ok with these clarity grades then we can take another look as this broadens the options considerably.

Stonecold posted this one earlier which is also worth looking at

bimsuper -

F VS2 is normally my sweet spot (tho as has been pointed out, there is a range even in a specific category, so not all stones in the F color, for example, are identical. ditto in the VS1 or VS2 range).

suffice to say - i think the stone stone-cold11 posted is a terrific stone and would probably meet your requirements for a high quality stone.
