Any new takes on an old classic?

Hi All,

I am planning on proposing to my girlfriend of 31/2 years and I need a little help. I am thinking of doing the classic in-a-restaurant-after-a-nice-romantic-meal proposal, but I would like to add a little creative flair. Does anyone have any ideas? My limitations are that we live far apart and I will be visiting her when I propose. This means that I will have very little time by myself when I am down there.
