Hi everyone, i am new here and looking to purchase engagement ring. Because of my location we have decided it best to order from online. I know of all the sellers like goodoldgold, diamonds by lauren etc but i decided to have a nosy on ebay. There are 2 sellers I like their pieces- kingofdiamondrings and diamond-mansion
I love what they have but have absolutely no idea what to look out for with sellers, only feedback which with both sellers are good! One thing i noticed though is they seem to have a few of the exact same rings, or photos. like one is using the others pics or something :-S
If anyone has any info pls do helllp!
Thank u so much

Welcome Pammie!

Personally I haven''t heard of the sellers above but I would suggest you buy from a known trusted vendor rather than Ebay. If you use the search tool above you will be able to read up on other buyer''s experiences of buying diamonds from Ebay...

Honestly, I wouldn''t touch those products with a ten foot pole. Why are they only showing stock photos and not actual photos? I''m in no way opposed to ebay, in fact I bought my new e-ring (I''ve been married four years and this plus a new AGS triple ideal cut from Good old gold was my "dream" set

) and bands on ebay recently....

Now I''m just waiting on my diamond to arrive, but the set turned out beautifully. Both auctions had photos of the actual products, offered a decent return policy and I had a good idea of what a quality product would look like when photographed. It took me A LOT of ebay surfing to find these

but was worth it. If you do want to go with ebay I would say to make sure you know the estimated value (not what they tell you it is) of what you''re buying, that the seller has good feedback and a good return policy and also PLEASE watch for single cut diamonds (unless you''re wanting a true antique piece). I''ve noticed a lot of sellers using them, as they are less costly but don''t look as nice.
