Any idea of why I can't see the diamond videos on WF?

and some of the videos on YouTube. All I can see is a blank black square below.... I used to able to see the videos.

Has your computer updated DF or is Flash out of date? That happens to me sometimes with videos, first thing though, have you tried a full shutdown? That often fixes it.

Yes Lorelei's suggestion of restarting usually works for me too when I start having computer issues. Restart. And if that doesn't work try opening the website from a different web browser and see if you can play the video. For example I often view PS from Safari but sometimes it is buggy and if I open PS from Firefox that can fix the issue.
And then of course there is being up to date with all the computer updates.

Is javascript enabled? You need Flash too, which is easy to download.

I can see the WF videos by using Microsoft Edge but not with Chrome.

DF, check to make sure you allow javascript in your chrome settings, I think that could be the problem.

I did but still can't see the videos. Oh well, I can always use Microsoft Edge to see the videos.
