Any experiences with dirtcheapdiamonds.com or niceice.com?

I''ve pretty much narrowed it between 2 stones and two vendors respectively.

www.dirtcheapdiamonds.com

and

www.niceice.com

Anybody have experience pertaining to them?

Are there any reps from either of those organizations in this forum?

ToddRobin from NiceIce posts here rather regularly, and for that I hold them in high regard.

I wish Jim from Dirtcheap posted here more often. He always stirs things up on those very rare occaisons he pops in.

Robin and Todd from Nice Ice share frequently of their knowledge and experience on the Forum. They hand select every diamond they sell, and they won't sell a diamond they wouldn't buy themselves. Nice Ice is a free standing B&M that offers their diamonds and services over the Net.

DCD is a very reputable Vendor. Like RA said, Jim, the owner, and Josh, a rep, post off and on. Very knowledgeable and honest. A customer last fall had a problem with a ring, and Jim came on PS, admitted the problem was DCD's, and took care of the customer. That takes guts!

You have picked 2 very reputable Vendors to work with.

DCD had a stone I was considering recently. The level of service provided by both Jim and Josh was AMAZING. They responded promptly by phone and email... addressed every and all questions that I had and treated me well throughout the search process.

These guys are truly amazing in their attention to customers. If you find a stone you're interested in, don't hesitate to pick it up from them.
