Any dust to spare?

I could really use the powerful PS dust.
I am waiting to hear back from a broker about my offer for a 2-year lease for a business. I spoke with him on Monday about my final offer and haven''t heard back from him yet. He said he would call me as soon as he heard from the landlord. I know that my business isn''t their first choice (the landlord said he thought a bakery would be good in the space), but in this economy, the broker told me there just aren''t many offers.

It is the perfect storefront property with great visibility, located on a great block. I just had to get this off my chest since I am being quietly anxious. My DH is totally chill about it saying that the broker will call when he has information.
