Any diamond vendors has diamonds of better spec but lower price?

I have been reading about diamonds for quite some times and decided that my diamond should be of Color: D-F, Clarity: FL - VS2, Cut: Very good and above, Carat: 1 carat and above, Ratio for different shape has different criteria.

I love emerald shape but due to its cutting, it appears smaller than what it should be. I saw many 1ct emerald but looks like a 0.5ct round brillant even on people with very skinny finger. I guess my ring size is less than a US size 3.

Anyway I do not really care for a cert but i need a okok cert to tell me that my diamond is genuine one. So EGL, GIA, AGS are same but the price of a diamond under EGL seem so much cheaper.

This are the spec I found, however I do not like the trouble of bankwire transfer, they do not allow credit card payment for items more than $6k.
Any vendors u know could offer me a better spec yet lower price one (I know I kinda am asking for the impossible)?
Shape: Emerald Ct: 2.64
Color: J Clarity: VVS2 Ratio: 1.34
Price: US$7663 Cert: EGL
Shape: Oval Ct: 2.49
Color: J Clarity: VS2 Ratio: 1.35
Price: US$6397 Cert: EGL

Later I view forums of ladies e-ring and realize J color in an emerald gives out a warm feelin which is exactly which I am looking for. Especially in an emerald step cut. How do all of you think about the diamond?
