any advice before I pull the trigger

I've done quite a bit of looking. My budget for the diamond is about $3500. I've landed on this http://www.whiteflash.com/loose-diamonds/round-cut-loose-diamond-26148.htm.. I've read that there really isn't a lot of difference between the expert selection and ACA (atleast for me).

Any suggestions or is this a good buy?
