Antique treasure

Hi, I bought this ring in an antique store for the diamond, which I had taken out and made into a pendant. The setting has been sitting for a few years. I bought this loose sapphire off of LT on a whim and took it to my jewelers to be set. It was old and grimy and I didnt have high expectations.
I about fell over when I picked it up today. Wow, the setting is spectacular. I think Ill keep it. Here it is.....

Thank you! I ended up selling the diamond pendant on LT because I went bigger. I bought a diamond ftom Caysie CVB and had a pendant made. I wear it every day.

The setting is a little more delicate in real life than it looks in close ups.

The engraving and milgrain are scrumptious!
I have a similar one, but with triangular side stones.
