Antique Style Cushion - ASET

Good afternoon,

I'm looking at purchasing an antique style cushion that is slightly elongated. I received this ASET for a 2.2ct I VS1. I haven't seen the diamond in person yet, but can I get your thoughts as to the performance? Is this diamond worth considering?

Oh I really like it! My personal preference is more of a pillow-y shape but this is lovely. I would like to see it resting between the fingers though.

WOW.....very nice. I saw that it is a VS1 so it should be eye clean so what are those dark dots / splotches close to the culet?

This is another diamond I'm considering. It's a 2.39 I VS2. It has a crystal inclusion in the middle of the table (there are hairs at 12 o'clock and 5 o'clock). I don't have an ASET for this diamond. Which do you recommend?

Is this 2nd one GIA certed? It looks lovely too...what are the measurements? depth table? on both stones? Can't say which one is the better performer by the pictures. If you had the ASET on the 2nd one we could have something to compare to. If the 2nd one is larger face up and you can see it in person and you love it, I would probably go with it as I love the faceting on it. But I love the faceting on both stones and the ASET on stone one is very nice.

Yes, they are both GIA certified.
The 2.20 is 8.24 X 7.28 X 4.95 Depth: 68 Table: 49
The 2.39 is 8.80 X 7.01 X 4.86 Depth:69.3 Table: 50

I do like the extra elongation of the 2.39 but I feel there is extra weight in the pavillion because both stones "face up" about the same. I have seen the 2.39 in person and it looks great!
