Antique diamonds in Chicago?

I''ve searched the forums without any luck finding suggestions...

So, has anyone bought an antique diamond in the Chicago area? Or does anyone have suggestions were to try? I am looking to have a setting designed so at this point just trying to find a diamond.

I have found some amazing websites but my FF is almost unwilling to buy online.
