Tianyu, Ouros, Fiorese are doing antique cuts I believe, but it’s more of a “contact them directly and discuss” type thing rather than a “browse their inventory online” type thing from what I gather.

IIRC there are some vendors listed in the List of MMD Vendors thread that offer a range of cuts, but you'd have to have a skim through as I can't remember which they are!
