I have two sets of bands to wear with my ering. One is a plain set and I am working on getting a diamond set. My questions is whether there is a device that I can put on them that will hold them all together, but allow me to remove it if I want to change the bands I want to wear. My ering came with a curved band so that it will fit snug with the ering. Without something holding it in place the band will spin and then not look right.

I want something that will act like soldering without it being permanant.

I don''t recommend this but my friend taped her two rings together.

She didn''t want to solder, but it annoyed her when they didn''t line up. It did work though!

Duct tape fixes everything!

I was so excited to see 2 replies. All these jewelry gurus and all we can come up with is tape?!? Theres gotta be a better way. Apparently they made clips for this purpose years ago, but there is not a place that I can find that sells them. Tape

Best I've come up with is one of the Claire's plastic sizer thingies, made for a bigger ring so it fits both, filed down.. which is a pretty poor idea.

Not a clue, but I'd love to find an attractive solution for my rings, too!

Long time ago, I remember a metal clasp that holds them together, and that you can take off. But haven''t seen it in ages. Surely your jeweler could make one... I am sure you could do it better than was done in days past..

The poor guy I have making my custom three stone ring could probably do it. I feel so bad asking him though. He is super busy and I already have asked him to do two other things other than the original ring. I told him that he has plenty of time and he knows that he is not pressured. Maybe once we get one project done with I can ask about another. Just today I emailed him and asked if he could make an exact replica of the band that came with my ering so I can have one on either side.

If and when I can get this clip that is no longer made I will be sure to tell everyone about it as I know I am not alone in wanting or needing one.

Why are things like that no longer made? I searched the internet and it seems that there are many people looking for them, but no one making them.

I wish they did have something for it. I was pretty sad to have to put mine together because I really wanted to have the option to wear different combinations.

I am going to get the plastic things from Claires in the meantime until I can get one made.

I know that once one of us gets one we will all want one. I will take orders.

Can you imagine...
"I have a couple friends that need a clip like you made me."
"How many?"
"Um, about 60."

Duck Tape! Hahaha - really though - it's what I've been using

There's also these jewelry findings (like at Michaels) that are used to clamp onto the ends of rope type necklaces. Those worked pretty well for me too.
