I was poking around the Diamond District today when I stumbled across a father and son team that does exquisite micropave at reasonable prices. They claim they were benchguys for T. We may have another option!

what is their name? do they have a website????

Not much of one, but here it is:
http://www.vanguard-jewelry.com/

IMHO, their work is impeccable. Does anyone know anything about them? I''d love to use them, but not without some due dili.

i love thw wedding bands! do u know much they cost??? i would so love a yg, wg and rg stacked.

6-ish for rg and yg, 950 for platinum (they prefer using platinum).

I love them. Hubby owes me an anniversary gift but I was thinking of a trip somewhere near by over Labor day but I am wanting jewlery. who knows. I am so wishy washy lately.

Oooh, I want one in rose gold and one in yellow gold! If you go for it, you have to let me know how it goes!

Hey Harriet,
You should buy some stuff from them and come back and report to us

Harriet,
Take Nicrez over there when you guys meet up next week. I''d love to hear her opinion as well. I''m loving the stack rings, so yummy!! But I am on a self imposed ban at the moment. We''ll see how long I can stick to it.

Harriet...I think you were being paged on another board...just a heads up if you haven't gone to all the boards yet.

DKS

Edited: Forgot to add...Yummy. I love the split shank with an added insert. And the use of the old fashioned ring guard...but improved to add a home to a plain solitaire with micro pave jacket rings...oh dear. Threw a kink in my decision.

Thanks!

The stone gave me a DVD of their work. It''s a pity you guys can''t see it ''cos it shows much more than the website.

Bumping to see if anyone has checked out Vanguard. DF saw their work today and is so impressed that he''s trying to convince me to go with them instead of with LM. Btw, we saw an exquisite ruby and yellow gold eternity there.

There''s also a platinum and sapphire one.

Wow...they must be really impressive, then! I haven''t checked them out but I would love to when I''m in NYC! Where are they located?

I''ll take you. They''re at 47th and 5th.

I would get into tons of trouble going jewelry shopping with you!
11.gif
But it would be the perfect excuse...Harriet from Pricescope made me do it! I''m going to be in NYC in August but I think you said somewhere that you''ll be out of town then.

Me cause trouble?

I will be away in August, but you come often, right?

Wow- their stuff looks gorgeous-
I wish I was in the market for some micropave...

Good find Harriet!

Thanks, but I can''t take credit. I just stumbled across them.
