Budget :5-6K

Rock: I like round but I believe she likes Princess and Radiant which means perhaps I can go over a carat.

Grade/Color: I think SI 1 might be fine because we can't see the best or perhaps VS2 if it really "dances" more. Likewise with color H I ??

Vendor: Been checking out whiteflash, GOG, and the nile because of what I've read here.

I will check back. I must say I'm quite anxious with this whole thing and do greatly appreciate any guidance. I'm a bargain hunter so "IdonowIdon't" vendors have appeal to my thrifty side but this is not the TIME to gamble or play games, this is LOVE

That one looked like a stunner. At that color / clarity combo, you're not compromising anything, while still getting a killer deal, due to the current sale. Some people say there aren't deals in the diamond business, but at that price point, I think you found one of the rare instances.
