Another eBay find- a diamond again ?

Hello there it's me again. So i bought this 18 carat gold ring with those "unknown white stones" . i did clean the ring with a thootbrush and dishsoap and here is the result.i took a loope and i could see some black point and cristal inclusion.the questions is does simulant likeCZ can have inclusions like this. Because if it is a diamond again i am buying a lottery ticket

I didn't even think about moissanite. How can i make the différence between diamond and moissanite because even my cheap diamond detector (wich not that reliable by the way) can not make the différence ?

When you look thru the crown facets at an angle you will see double.
But you must look on an angle - not straight in.
