you have a regular pic?
Based on the IS its not a good one.
too dark center.
the results are the same, it even works on gemstones, but the interpretation gets harder with colored stones.Date: 2/19/2008 3:45:12 PM

How does the IS result affect a Cape type body color on a Diamond?
Are the results the same as on colorless Diamonds?

No..., my question is:
Doesnt the body color of a Diamond (let say yellow or brown - not fancy level) effect the results vs. a colorless Diamond.
The result I mean..., based on a regular colorless cut..., not a fancy colored type cut?
So I understand the color does make a difference in the results.Date: 2/19/2008 4:04:18 PM

Iv used it on some med browns in person and the stone with the best looking IS was the brighter stone.
I would also imagine there will be a difference between virtual and real colored stones....Date: 2/19/2008 4:12:16 PM

it takes transparency and absorption into account but virtual colored is not as accurate as with colorless yes.Date: 2/19/2008 4:29:19 PM
