American Ideal Cut 1A

I have a question in relation to American Ideal Cut proportions as stated by D. Atlas & Co., Inc., I notice to be 1A it has to have all 1A and maybe 1B. So, I am not sure if a 35 degree crown angle would fall into 1A if all the other requirements of 1A are met.

Just because the desrcription was it "may include" one 1B which seems like an "it depends" as oppossed to it "can include."

There are sepcific rules of use for the Cut Class system posted on the website below my signature. Also, one can use automated software there for free which includes the rules. There is no gray area in the wording that has not been addressed.
