I have been dealing with Alex at B2CJewels about trying to figure out a setting for the 1.5 carat diamond that my husband bought from them during Xmas time. I am overly impressed with responsiveness and helpfulness during this process. Very impressed with this type of service from Alex and he is also very knowledgeable about diamonds! I will always use this B2CJewels for my jewelry needs. This being said the pricing is unbeatable for any online or in store purchases! Not even Costco can compete with prices!!
