Am I the only one who entertains herself with trinkets>?

I know that this is a site intended for the love of fine jewelry but I just love a fun trinket! I have a new one on the way. Does anyone else love their inexpensive stuff as much as their expensive pieces? I guess these tide me over between big projects!

yep! Totally not jewelry related but I literally squealed with happiness when I found a bright green paper shredder.

I collect pigs. I get GREAT joy out of finding something unique. Some of my recent favorites have been an antique single coat hanger. The pig''s head and legs are iron, with an iron hanger... and the body of the pig is wood. I also got a piggy bank, and it is white with little flowers painted on the side. My dad found me a pig cookie jar recently at a garage sale, and the pig is wearing a chef''s suit.

My favorite is a blue pig flower pot. The pig is blue glass with little colord spots all over. It''s so pretty and unique!


I also really love fun little things for my kitchen. I recently found some vinegar bottles and they have hand panted blue flowers running up one side. I plan to make pepper vinegar in them.
