I have this feeling that I have forgotten something really, really important.. have I? (why is there so much to organised with weddings? )

What we have organised:

Ceremony styling
Celebrant
Reception
Invitations
Flowers
Bridesmaid dresses
Wedding Dress
Wedding Jewellery
Shoes
Transport
Accomodation
Cake
Photographer
Honeymoon
Band

What is left to do:
Groomsmen suits
Groomsmen shoes
Bridesmaid shoes
Bridesmaid jewellery
Wedding rings
Wishing well
Guest book
Pictures of our parents on their wedding day to display on the cake table

What we are not doing:
Favours
Seating chart

You probably already took care of it, but I don't see groom's attire in there, unless you have lumped it in with the groomsmen stuff.

Emergency kit? Stuff like a sewing kit, safety pins, gum, floss, deoderant, etc.
Ceremony music?

You know what I forgot all about until a few weeks before the wedding? The marriage license! DH was working out of state during the week so it became a huge ordeal to find a time that the two of us (and a witness) could get to the county recorders office.

So, don't be like me. Take care of that sooner rather than later.
