Am I doing something wrong

I recently purchased a diamond Gia certified VS2, H color , 3x loose diamond. I received the ideal scope image and it looked good. A few members agreed that the diamond looked great as well. I received the diamond and when I looked through the ideal scope that I purchased I do not see the same image. I see a lot of clear in the table, which was pink in the image sent.

Am I doing something wrong? or has anyone heard of receiving a modified image? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Maybe your stone was tilted while viewing under the IS?
