Well it''s been about a week since I last posted, it''s been busy at work. In the mean time, I have been working with WF and after speaking with them, they actually recommended a very slightly smaller, ACA diamond which looks much better than the one I was previously considering (the one with the large black inclusion on the table). This stone has smaller inclusions that are spread a bit off to the side, but I am told it is much clearer and the inclusions are much less noticeable since they are not in the center. I have reserved this diamond, but was hoping to just get some of your expert final opinions on it:

I am looking at dropping this into their 3-stone engagement ring but instead of diamonds on the side, there will be 40 to 50 point pink sapphires on each side as she has mentioned on several occasions that she loves that look.
I feel pretty good, because in talking with WF in person, they recommended against some larger, more expensive stones and though I would be happier with this one based upon what I was looking for.
Can I just get some final thoughts and opinions on this before I pull the trigger on it?
