I saw a gorgeous ring at the DeBeers store. It was called the Annabel....oval 5.01 carat east west setting.

Any chance you gals can grab a decent pix of it?? If not check it out and let me know what you think. LOVE IT LOVE IT!! The pix on my cell phone didn''t cut it.

I would so enjoy tagging along with you that day but will be out of town. Happy shopping and drooling!!

Oh darn, I was just in there this past Saturday.
It was packed so I didn''t hang around.

But in the past, the sales assist. was very casual
about pulling out the big rocks. I tried them all on.
He actually described an asscher cut as a square radiant.

a 5ct oval sounds yummy, maybe I''ll get in there again soon.

It was beautiful in its'' simplicity. the construction of the setting was exactly what I want, however, I would choose micropave instead of the channel set thing they did. The prongs were teeny bezels, 4 of them, one on each corner. I don''t know if that''s the correct terminology. All I know is that I fell in love. I''m sure you gals know what I mean. My hubby thinks I have a screw loose.....sigh. That''s OK....I don''t understand his need to purchase backhoes, tractors, and all that other testosterone laden stuff.
